Become a licensed real estate agent – Course offered in English

This course is aimed at those who work, or want to work, as real estate agents in the competitive Spanish real estate market. It is the first course aimed at estate agents in the Spanish market which is offered fully in English. Choose to participate at our premises in Alicante, or online through our unique hybrid learning concept – FEIFLEX.

The course is offered by FEI Business School in collaboration with ANAI – Asociación Nacional de Agentes Inmobiliarios (API). After successfully completing and passing the course, you meet the requirements to be registered as a real estate agent in Islas Baleares, Catalonia and Comunidad Valenciana, as well as the theoretical requirements to become an ANAI (API) member.

Being a real estate agent is a complex job that comes with great responsibility. You will need to be both business-minded and have broad competence in various areas such as sales, law, customer care, valuation and construction technology. Appropriate training is essential to be able to work efficiently and to comply with legal rules and regulations. In addition, specialised training provides you with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide an excellent service to your clients.

Our certified real estate classes cover a wide array of topics essential for any aspiring real estate agent. From property valuation and customer care to the intricacies of sales and construction technology, you will gain a holistic understanding of the industry. The classes also delve into legal aspects, ensuring you are up-to-date with the current regulations and ethical practices in the real estate sector.

In order to further improve consumer protection, promote transparency and professionalise the real estate industry, new legal requirements have been introduced for the Islas Baleares in 2024 and in Comunidad Valencian in 2022. In Catalonia, the requirements apply since 2010. The course meets the legal requirements for theoretical education in Islas Baleares, Comunidad Valenciana and Catalonia. The course also meets the theoretical educational requirements to become an ANAI – Asociacón Nacional de Agentes Inmobiliarios member (API).
