The course includes all reading material, lectures, self-test and the final exam in English. The content of the course is identical to API’s course, but with one important difference – at FEI Business School we always have teacher-led sessions to deepen your learning. The course certificate is required, along with other requirements, in order to be registered as a real estate agent in Islas Baleares, Comunidad Valenciana and Catalonia. The exam and certificate are included in the course fee.
In order to benefit the most from taking the course, it is important that you are disciplined and carefully read through the available material. If you choose to attend the weekly lectures online (or some of them) you will find links to the live lessons in the student portal MYFEI.
The final exam is carried out online using DigiExam, a digital platform allowing you to take the exam regardless of your geographical location. The exam is available using DigiExam after the last course lecture (on Friday week 4) and is open until Wednesday at 17.00 p.m. the following week. You can start the final exam whenever you want during this period. However, once you have started the exam, you must complete it within 2 hours.
The result is published on the following Thursday. Once you have passed the exam, the digital course certificate will be sent to your e-mail address shortly after. The digital certificate is based on block-chain technology. Making it easy and secure for you to add to your LinkedIn profile or print it out in paper format.
