Study environment

Your ability to learn will be enhanced if you are enjoying yourself! FEI’s courses are held in FEI City Campus in the middle of central Stockholm. We have five closely clustered teaching and administration centres in the same street, Kammakargatan, including our own period building at Kammakargatan 10.

Our closest neighbour is the Saint Johannes Church, which towers above Kungsgatan, Sveavägen and Birger Jarlsgatan. The area around Johannes has been described as ”a leafy oasis from the chaos of the city” If the course you are attending is during the warm months of the year, you should take the opportunity to have your late-morning coffee in the sunshine on the church steps!

FEI is easily accessible for those working in or around central Stockholm. Rådmansgatan and Hötorget underground stations are just a few minutes’ walk away. FEI is also conveniently situated for those coming by train or air. You will find us one underground stop – or a short, refreshing walk – from the Central station or Cityterminalen.

FEI’s premises are an invitation to concentration and creativity. The environment is special. We have strived to retain the late 19th century atmosphere but without compromising on computers, other technology and everything else which is needed for good academic results. The result is a modern and purpose-equipped learning environment that also has charm and high likeability factor.

It is a known fact that studying builds up the appetite! FEI Restaurant & Lounge is in the building’s basement and serves good quality food. Coffee and/or lunch are always included in the course fees.

Those of you who choose to attend our courses in Gothenburg or Malmö are offered an equally pleasant environment for your studies.
